It does not mean your computer is “generating” internet speeds of 433mbps as you asked. You need to be connected to an existing wifi connection. That is its max speed, but it is still limited by your broadband subscription so if you paid for 1000 mps it would only allow 433 but if you paid for 200 you would only get 200.

Because the average download speed in America is currently 180 Mbps, for example, we assigned all plans with download speeds between 100 and 299 Mbps a score between 3 and 4. Xfinity’s 200 Mbps plan received a 3.50 score for download speed, while Spectrum’s 400 Mbps plan got a 4.16.

MBPS is the speed of your internet connection; even if you are connected on the same Wi-Fi doesn’t mean that you will have the same speed, your broadband or your internet connection for example has 130 mbps and you are connecting several computers or notebook, they will not get 130 mbps each as the speed will be divided into those devices
